iStore Social Media Competitions

These competition rules (“rules”) explain your rights and duties upon participating in the competition and submitting stories or any other content to the competition or any other social media engagement drive. If you take part in this competition and accept any prize, these rules will apply to you and you agree that the body running the event and competition (“the promoter/s”) can assume that you have read and agreed to be legally bound by these rules.
The competition will only be running on the platform on which it is posted and promoted. All qualification and entry criteria, unless stated otherwise, will be included in the social media post promoting the competition.The post will also include the run dates of the competition plus the date on which the winner(s) will be announced. There is no limit on the number of entries that a participant can make.
Any inappropriate submissions will be disqualified; this will include submissions / containing inappropriate language and any submissions of a derogatory or discriminative nature. Unless stated otherwise, participants who satisfy the qualifying criteria will form part of the pool of entrants from which winner(s) will be randomly selected by Core Group Staff.
The judges’ decision is final and the promoters will not enter into any discussions around the final winners. The prize cannot be swopped for anything other than the original prize promoted.  
The winners will be announced through a Facebook post. They will then be expected to send their full names, email and mobile number to My iStore via a private message on Facebook so that iStore can get in touch with delivery of their prize.  
All entrants agree to their names and submitted content being used for publicity purposes within reason, and agree that the promotors may use their entry information to place them on iStore database. 
The promotor will treat participant information in total confidence and will not sell, share or rent this information to any other third parties.The promotor may disclose information if required to do so by law or if it is required to protect the safety, rights or property of iStore, our members, customers or the public. 

iStore and our affiliates will not be responsible, and disclaim all liability, for any loss, liability, injury, expense or damage (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause, which is suffered by your participation in the competition or the acceptance and/or use by you, or your partner (if applicable), of any prize, or by any action taken by us or any of our affiliates in accordance with the terms and conditions.


iStore iTunes with Powerbeats Competitions

iStore will be giving away three iTunes vouchers each to the value of R1000.
The competition will start from 14 November to 6 December 2019.
You will be required to:
  1. Take a screenshot of your favourite song or playlist on Apple Music
  2. Post it to Facebook or Instagram
  3. Tag iStore
The winner will be randomly selected and the decision is final.
Winners will be contacted shortly after the closing date of the competition.
