• iStore and Wahoo #PowerThrough Competition

These competition rules (“rules”) explain your rights and duties upon participating in the competition and submitting stories to the competition. If you take part in this competition and accept any prize, these rules will apply to you and you agree that the body running the event and competition (“the promoter/s”) can assume that you have read and agreed to be legally bound by these rules.
    Promoters: iStore and Wahoo are running a competition for a period in May 2017. In these rules we refer to the above promoter(s) as “the promoter(s)” or “iStore and ”. We refer to participants and winners as “you”.
    Run dates: The iStore and Wahoo #PowerThrough Competition runs from 15 May to 19 May.
    Winner(s) announcement: The winners of the competition will be announced on 23 May 2017.
    How will the event be promoted? The event will be promoted on the My iStore Facebook page.
    Who qualifies to take part? In order to qualify the following criteria has to be met:
    The #PowerThrough story posted has to be posted as a comment on the video shared by iStore
    The following handles and hashtags have to be included in the comment: @iStoreSA, @WahoofitnessSA & #PowerThrough
    Note: Inclusion of a photo is not a prerequisite.
    Any inappropriate submissions will be disqualified; this will include submissions /containing inappropriate language and any submissions of a derogatory or discriminative nature.
    Directors, members, partners, employees or agents of or consultants to iStore and Core Group or Wahoo SA, as well as their advertising agencies, partners, affiliates and immediate family members as well as suppliers of goods or services in connection with this competition are not eligible to win.
    How do you enter the competition? If you would like to enter, make sure that you start off by following @MyiStore and @WahoofitnessSA if you are not already following the handles on Facebook.
    Submit your story through commenting on the video post using @MyiStore and @ @WahoofitnessSA plus the hashtag #PowerThrough
    These stories have to pertain to a story on how you keep motivated, how you #PowerThrough the tough times in training.
    Is there a limit to the number of entries? There is no limit on the number of entries that a participant can make.
    What are the prizes? A total of three winners will be selected - each will win a Wahoo TICKR X Heart rate Belt.
    How will winners be chosen? Participant’s who satisfy the above qualifying criteria will be viewed by a panel of iStore and Wahoo staff. The judges will be selecting a winner based on originality, creativity and the reflection of what it truly takes to #PowerThrough. The judges’ decision is final and the promoters will not enter into any discussions around the final winners. The prize cannot be swopped for cash, a voucher or another device.
    How will winners be announced? The winners will be announced through a Facebook post. They will then be expected to send their full names, email and mobile number to My iStore via a private message on Facebook so that iStore can get in touch with delivery of their prize.
    Data usage and privacy policy All entrants agree to their names and submitted content being used for publicity purposes within reason, and agree that the promotors may use their entry information to place them on iStore database. The promotor will treat participant information in total confidence and will not sell, share or rent this information to any other third parties. The promotor may disclose information if required to do so by law or if it is required to protect the safety, rights or property of iStore, our members, customers or the public.
    Final disclaimers: iStore and our affiliates will not be responsible, and disclaim all liability, for any loss, liability, injury, expense or damage (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause, which is suffered by your participation in the competition or the acceptance and/or use by you, or your partner (if applicable), of any prize, or by any action taken by us or any of our affiliates in accordance with the terms and conditions.
